At Lietz Home Design, I work with you to create custom house plans that meet your needs and preferences. Through personalized consultations, I combine your ideas with professional guidance to design a functional, well-planned home.

Remodeling Design

I work with your existing space to develop practical, well-planned remodeling designs tailored to your needs. By using field-verified measurements and collaborating with you throughout the process, I produce clear, detailed drawings to support a successful remodel.

DESIGN BUDGET GUIDELINES

Every project is quoted on an individual basis, however, as a rule of thumb,
the following ranges will help approximate an anticipated fee structure:

Small - Medium Home Design
$750 – $2,500

1,000 to 2,000 gross square foot plans usually consist of a main floor and basement plan, 4 exterior views, minimal vaulted ceiling, no hand framing of roofs and basic floor planning with some custom spaces.

Medium - Large Home Design
$2,500 – $3,000

2,000 to 3,000 gross square foot plans usually consist of a main floor, upper and basement plan, 4 exterior views, medium amount of vaulted ceiling, more complex roof lines, some hand framing of roofs and some custom spaces.

Custom Home Design
$3,000 & Up

3,000 plus gross square foot plans usually consist of homes with primarily hand framed roofs, vaulted ceilings, multiple levels, custom spaces, and other variables.
